Position Summary

The Manager of Entertainment Programming plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing various aspects of arena programming, with a specific focus on marketing materials, communication with internal marketing team as well as external promotor/entertainment company for artist and social content, including for content acquiring, shooting arrangement, market research analysis and report, account and partners relationship management, and any other aspect of the entertainment planning program to ensure partner satisfaction is optimized. Cultivate and maintain positive relationship with Artist management, Promoter, Entertainment company & Production Company etc.,and ensuring that all aspects of arena programming are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and contribute to the success of the event/show.

Primary Responsibility

Key Functions                                                                   

- Work closely with Entertainment Programming Team which focus on Marketing part of annual event/show booking strategies and source content for Galaxy Arena, drive higher patronage to the venues and the resorts.

- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials related to arena events, including artist arrangement, digital content. Ensure that all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate the value of the event/show to the target audience.

 - Work closely with Entertainment Programming Team to manage relationship & networking with Artist management, Promoter, Entertainment company & Production Company.

 - Prepare & monitor the marketing value of each event/show, overseeing the calculation of media value generated by arena events, including assessing the reach and impact of media coverage, as well as evaluating the return on investment for marketing activities.

- Brainstorm for marketing activities, drive success through a combination of creativity, and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

 - Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure the event/show is executed in compliance to  contract and venue policies.

 - Obtain feedback and make recommendations to improve execution for future event/show from internal and external stakeholders

- Work with Entertainment Programming team for understanding arena show/event preparation, logistic, arrangement.                                   

Requirements

- 5 years+ of concrete working experience in live entertainment/content development/E-commerce related field

- 3 years+ of concrete working experience in a managerial role

- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken

- Ability to carrying out planned projects independently and be flexible, work extra hours as needed

- Experience working with production vendors, event agencies and promoters for various events, respective experience in local gaming resort is a plus

- Strong leadership qualities and relationship management skills, and proven experience delivering successful events.  To lead team members to successful completion of programmes and to ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience

- Superior time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment, meeting multiple tight deadlines
