Manager - Motion Graphics

Position Summary

- Act as the major contact point to liaise with IRS team for daily motion graphic requests
- Hands-on ability to create Motion Graphics design from briefing to execution  
- Work closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure synergy of creative tone & manner

Primary Responsibility

-Hands-on creation of Motion Graphics work related
-Collaborate with the SM and other members of Creative and Brand -Comms team from concept, to presentation and production of creative projects.
-Work very closely upwards with senior manager to set up creative directions and workflow
-Work very closely downwards with designers to make sure the delivery
-Ensure on time and on brief delivery.
-Ensure adherence to GEG Brand Guidelines in all creative executions.
-Ensure all artworks are built to the highest degree of technical accuracy.
-Liaise with external vendors where necessary.

Requirements

-Highly creative and technically prolific
-Highly motivated and able to contribute positively to the creative process
-Degree or diploma holder in graphic design or related disciplines
-Familiarity with the following Motion Graphics-related softwares, like After Effects, Premier, and also graphic design softwares like Illustrator, Photoshop and also PPT, Keynote
-Solid understanding of all Motion Graphics, video, music and sound production technicalities
-With eye of beauty, very good sense of motion graphics and video production
-Ability to do simple 3D modelling and animation

-At least 8 years solid experience on motion graphics / animations
-Preferred Cantonese / Mandarin and English spoken and written proficiency
Flexible to work on weekends and late hours
