Position Summary
This role supports the VP/AVP - Process Improvement and Change Management to support enterprise-level HR transformation roadmap and initiatives, focusing on process optimization. This role ensures HR strategies and operations evolve to meet business needs, improve employee experience, and drive organizational agility. Mainly responsible to develop and implement Change Management activities for HR&A.
Primary Responsibility
- Assist VP/AVP to establish strategic plan to implement and support the adoption of the changes required.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications to build “as-in” and “future” awareness
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Monitor and evaluate end-to-end change management progress and performance, provide regular updates to management, and implement necessary adjustments to project on track
- Build and maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support project success
Requirements
- University graduate at least 5-8 years proven, hands-on experience in HR change management
- Knowledge in Human Resources functions, operations, processes, exposure in data analytics is an advantage
- Change Management certification, PMI or other Project Management certification
- Good facilitation and communication skills in English (Cantonese and Mandarin are optional)
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to put structure and logic in place
- Well developed and self-directed organization skills including ability to work interdependently, prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time and workload
- Comfortable in a team environment with the ability to collaborate with individual form differing cultural settings and functional accountabilities
- Ability and desire to share best practices and key learnings
- High proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, process mapping skills are a significant advantage
