Position Summary

The Responsible Manager supports the reinforcement and execution of Responsible Gaming (RG) initiatives at GEG. Key responsibilities include :
1) Designing and implementing staff engagement and training initiatives to strengthen awareness, understanding, and commitment to RG across the organisation.
2) Supporting RG-related government affairs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
3) Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support the sustaining development of RG initiatives; 
4) Managing the RG database and monitoring RG related information. 
5) Supporting and executing RG initiatives and activities to promote Responsible Gaming to both internal and external stakeholders. 

Primary Responsibility

• Work closely with internal departments and government to support the effective implementation of Responsible Gaming guidelines and regulatory requirements; assist with timely and accurate reporting preparation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with RG‑related government departments, academic institutions, and local associations to identify programme enhancements and strengthen GEG’s presence in the RG space.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to enhance visibility and awareness of RG initiatives within and outside Company.
• Support the Senior Manager in preparing and executing various RG training courses, back‑of‑house promotions, and community outreach activities that align with government initiatives, strengthening engagement among team members and the community.
• Ensure the quality of service of the Responsible Gaming Promotion Program for GEG team members to enhance their awareness and in full compliance with the related laws and regulations  
• Regularly update and maintain RG database and provide actionable insights for Senior Manager
• Assist in managing RG‑related budgets, including planning, tracking, and ensuring cost‑effective deployment of resources for RG initiatives and events.
• Support the preparation and submission of government‑required reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on‑time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, Responsible Gaming, Integrated Resort Studies, Business Administration in Gaming/Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, or Employee Relations in Macau; experience liaising with Government preferred.
• Familiarity with RG implementation measures and RG regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people at different levels.
• Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, sensitivity, proactiveness, professionalism, ownership and accountability.
• Exhibits strong time‑management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. 
• Effectively manages multiple priorities, staying flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment. 
• Less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
