Position Summary
This role will lead initiatives that shape GEG’s leadership pipeline and talent strategy. This role focuses on designing and executing talent development programs and driving strategic projects that embed leadership frameworks into core processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, detail-orientation, communication skills and passion for developing people.
Primary Responsibility
Talent Management (50%)
1. Manage the TM cycle: Partner with HRBPs and AVP - TMLD to manage the end-to-end talent management process, including talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and development of top talent.
2. Data analysis: Analyze talent data to identify trends and generate insights for strategic decisions.
3. Development program: Work with TMLD to design and implement impactful development programs aligned with business needs.
4. Administration: Maintain and improve effectiveness and efficiency of talent processes, policies, and systems.
Strategic Projects (50%)
5. Project execution: Support execution of TMLD initiatives, including ELP integration into HR processes.
6. Program Coordination: Manage vendors and logistics to ensure quality and timely delivery.
7. Stakeholder management: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver tailored talent solutions and communicate updates.
Requirements
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in HR with exposure to Talent Management, Leadership Development, or HRBP roles.
- 3+ years managing projects with proven success in stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Coaching/ facilitation experience and psychometric certification are assets.
SKILLS / ABILITIES / PRESENCE
- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Attention to detail: High attention to detail in planning, documentation, and execution.
- Communication: Confident, clear communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders; fluency in English and Chinese required.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Technology: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
- Proficiency in graphic design or multimedia editing would be considered an additional asset for this role.
