Position Summary

Manage the uniform/ outfit design and development in Wardrobe. Handle the whole uniform design procedures, including uniform changes and upgrade. Create high quality uniforms, ensure fitting and alteration of all the outfits are well-managed to support the properties to achieve company’s standard.

Primary Responsibility

• Manage uniform project planning and implementation of concept, design, material sourcing and sample confirmation.
• Create design brief, provide fashion trends, propose new design ideas, and manage project timeline.
• Communicate and liaise with vendors, internal departments, provide professional guidelines, suggestions and solutions 
    throughout the design process.  
• Oversee different uniform/outfits design across properties, track the storyline.
• Analyze & evaluate the needs of uniform changes from business units, facilitate the requests and presentation to 
   management.
• Support Executive Manager in new project development, ensure team members receive high-quality uniform design, fitting 
   and alterations.
• Supervise the duties of seamstress team, including Supervisors/ Tailors and Seamstress.
• Allocate garments on the work line to seamstress so as to maximize productivity level.
• Ensure actual samples, uniform fitting and sewing are performed effectively.
• Monitor uniform order, garment and fabric supplies are sufficient for daily operations.
• Enhance productivity level by providing proper training to Wardrobe team members in related to new operation/ design 
   techniques.
• Conduct uniform quality check to ensure every team member is well-groomed.
• Oversee wardrobe operation if necessary.
• Strictly abide by the departmental standard operating procedures while at work.
• Keep uniform system record precise and updated.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

'• Garment/ Fashion Design graduate or related educational level is required.
• At least 3 years design and supervisory experiences in related industry.
• Technical skills of alteration, sewing and fitting are required.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken of Chinese and English.
• Sound computer skills, proficient in design program such as Photoshop and Illustrators.
