Position Summary

Manager - AV & Multimedia is to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. This role work closely with the Sr. Manager,  in ensuring that productions run smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet quality standards. This position will work closely with creative teams, vendors, and clients to bring ideas to life—on time and within budget.

Primary Responsibility

  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for video, photo, digital, or live event projects.
  • Develop production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., crew, talent, locations, equipment).
  • Manage and coordinate the shooting locations, resources, props and wardrobe  
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple projects.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and licensing requirements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions in real time.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Support post-production workflows and asset delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Project Management, or related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or producing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working with PPT & EXCEL, on both MAC and PC environments.
  • Familiarity with production tools and software (e.g., Trello, Airtable, StudioBinder, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and asset management is preferred
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments is an advantage
  • Good communication skills with preferably good spoken command of Cantonese, Mandarin and/or English
  • Flexible to work on weekends or late hours
