Manager - Wardrobe

Position Summary

Deliver on the project and operating targets for the Wardrobe Department by focusing on service quality, high standards of uniform presentation and the growth of the business.  Building and fostering a relationship with our key hotel partners is a critical component of the role as the Wardrobe Department forms a significant portion of the shared services across the resort.

Primary Responsibility

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery
• Coordinate with supporting departments and hotel partners to meet operational requirements
• Set and monitor KPIs and maintain departmental procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth operations during peak periods
• Plan stock replenishment and prepare purchase plans for uniforms and related materials
• Manage preventative maintenance for conveyors and related equipment
• Facilitate staff training to improve productivity and workflow
• Lead resource‑sharing, cost‑saving, and energy‑management initiatives

Requirements

• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience in wardrobe, dry cleaning, or similar operations preferred
• Able to work under pressure and manage peak operational demands
• Strong teamwork and cross‑department collaboration skills
• Effective English communication (spoken and written)
