Masseur (Foot Hub)

Position Summary

The Masseur - Foot Hub reports to Supervisor - Foot Hub and responsible to carry out daily operational and duties to assure smooth operations and complete guest satisfaction in Foot Hub.

Primary Responsibility

'- Provide the excellen and professional massage treatments in 5 star hotel standard
- Build up and amintain the gppd relationships with customers
- Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the foot hub/ hotel policies and procedures
- Assist Managers on the foot hub daily operations as and when required

Requirements

'- Minimum 2 years work experience in a hotel Foot Hub or day Foot Hub environment
- Certified in massage therapist
- Good command of speaking cantonese or putonghua and advantage
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Positive services attitude, motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Aspires to the 5 star hotel standard of service and care for customers
