Proj Manager - Engineering Support (MEP)

Position Summary

Reporting to the AVP– MEP Support (ELV disciline) the incumbent is responsible for managing a team to work with Operator and their engaged specialist consultants for BMS & IT/ ELV System, especially for Surveillance/Security/Structured Cabling System requirements from conceptual design to project completion. Other assignment as instructed by the supervisors. To assist MEP team seniors for supporting other functional teams including Project Leads, Commercial team and Design team as necessary.

Primary Responsibility

• To manage of Engineering PMs to work with Operator and their engaged specialist consultants for Operator requirements from conceptual design to project completion forBMS & IT/ ELV System, especially for Surveillance/Security/Structured Cabling systems
• To manage project implementation processes including design evaluation, tendering, value engineering, site works monitoring, T&C and handover to Operation
• To coordinate with the professional team including architects, E&M consultants, structural engineers, QS consultants, ID designers and the in-house and external operators and their engaged consultants etc., in respect of the overall design for IT/Surveillance/Security/Structured Cabling Systems

Requirements

• Professional qualifications in building services HKIE/MCIBS/MIEE Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of post qualification proven experiences in commercial development, hotel development and experience in Macau are preferred
• Well-versed with local governing regulations and possess practical knowledge of liaison with various local Authorities in particular DICJ office
• Conversant in the knowledge of various kinds of BMS & IT/ ELV System, especially for Surveillance/Security/Structured Cabling Systems and their applications
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving capability
