Position Summary

Primary Responsibility

    • Provide highly personalized luxury VIP Service to top-tier VIPs, ensuring exceptional comfort, satisfaction, and privacy, ensure their loyalty and preference retention, maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Handle and fulfill VIP guest requests with precision and efficiency
    • Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering bespoke experiences
    • Provide On-Site & In-Flight Personalized Service, organize luxury in-flight dining, cabin setup, and personalized in-flight and onboard services
    • Ensure all safety, comfort, and concierge-level services are executed with excellence
    • Oversee and coordinate private jet services for VIP guests, ensuring a seamless travel experience
    • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety procedures, maintain familiarity with aircraft emergency equipment and evacuation protocols.
    • Work closely with aviation partners and pilots to ensure VIP needs are met during flights
    • Ensure onboard amenities, catering, and comfort align with luxury hospitality standards
    • Act as a liaison between VIP guests, aviation teams, and hospitality departments
    • Ensure clear communication of VIP preferences and seamless execution of personalized services
    • Provide timely updates to management on guest preferences and service improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, tourism or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cabin service, private jet service, luxury hospitality or VIP guest services, experience as a Chief Flight Attendant is an advantage.
  • Certified Flight Attendant with experience in an aviation company or Experience in aviation or a related field (e.g., flight attendant, private aviation handling, or similar role).
  • Knowledge of aviation safety procedures and Safety Management System (SMS) policies.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, fine dining etiquette, and VIP hospitality
  • Experience managing guest preferences and handling high-profile clientele.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including travel coordination outside of standard shifts
  • Impeccable professional appearance, grooming, and communication skills.
