Provide professional housekeeping services throughout guest rooms and guest floor areas, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury hospitality. 岗位职责

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and guest floor areas to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• Deliver thoughtful and personalized turndown service and respond professionally to guest requests.
• Ensure guestrooms are impeccably presented, including minibar replenishment and floral refreshment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, pantries, and housekeeping equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow sustainability, health and safety, and hotel operating standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
