Room Attendant

Position Summary

Provide professional housekeeping services throughout guest rooms and guest floor areas, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury hospitality. Build positive working relationships with colleagues and engage guests with warmth and professionalism to deliver an exceptional five-star experience.

Primary Responsibility

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and guest floor areas to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• Deliver thoughtful and personalized turndown service and respond professionally to guest requests.
• Ensure guestrooms are impeccably presented, including minibar replenishment and floral refreshment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, pantries, and housekeeping equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow sustainability, health and safety, and hotel operating standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
