職務概述

Mini-bus/Limousine Service will be provided to guests of Galaxy Entertainment Group. Mini-bus/Limousine drivers are required to provide a safe, comfortable, pleasant and efficient transportation service (including Macau to/from Hong Kong and Macau local service) to the guests in a polite and professional manner. This will include interacting with the guests by using Asian Heart Gestures, provide the in-car service with brand & service standard and assisting guests’ belongings such as luggage.

Provide Exemplary Guest Service:
- Meet and Greet guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression;
- Use Asian Heart gesture as part of greeting, establish eye contact & smile when interacting with guest;
- Stand by the limousine at assigned location, loading / unloading the luggage for the guests and provide any necessary assistance throughout the journey;
- Display utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times;
- To demonstrate the required brand & service standards for the guest's journey (i.e. Reconfirm guest details prior to set out / Music / Air Conditioning / Amenity introductions);

Safe and Dependable Transportation:
- Safety operate Mini bus / Limo, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations including speed limits and consideration for the other road users;
- Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and fully functional;
- Ensure the safety and security of guests throughout the journey;
- Thoroughly plan routes to ensure timely arrivals;

Professionalism & Hospitality Service:
- Uphold the highest standards of personal grooming and presentation;
- Understand the operation flow, anticipate the needs, policies and procedures of Limousine Services;
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and conversations;
- Respect the privacy of guests and refrain from engaging in sensitive conversations & activity;
- To operate with FMS via the duty phone accurately (i.e. vehicle maintenance / return meal break & meal break / refueling / waiting duty off and including order handling procedures);
- Stay updated on local traffic regulations and react appropriately to unexpected situations;
- Identify and report any safety or maintenance concerns regarding the vehicle;
- Communicate promptly with dispatch center on any guests’ special issue or problem by mobile phone;
