Senior Manager - Alliance & Partnerships

Position Summary
The Alliance & Partnerships Senior Manager’s prime responsibility is to expand the strategic partnership network in target markets which include China, HK, Taiwan and selected overseas markets; bring in new market insights to the team; negotiate and develop various marketing campaigns by leveraging possible partner resources, marketing fund or network; take initiative to plan and propose new collaobrations or events. Explore with strategic partners for cross-membership opportunity to ensure the Company will have a competitive edge amongst its competitors in terms of the benefits and experiences that offered to GEG customers.
Primary Responsibility
• Build up strong relationship with new and existing strategic partners to explore potential collaboration opportunities which can fulfill the business needs of internal BUs including airlines, financial companies, shopping malls, telecom, luxury brands, media partners etc.
• Develop programs and initiatives that can maintain a competitive edge amongst the Company’s competitors with marketing support negotiated from partners
• Work closely with outside vendors and strategic partners in developing partnerships campaigns / membership benefit programs / events
• Continually monitor, evaluate and analyze the success of the responsible projects against similar programs in the market
• Assist AVP to keep track on campaign execution process, ensure a good communication and coordination between different internal teams
• Be able to understand the financial impact of various programs in order to achieve the best ROI for the Company
• Be able to think out of the box and bring new ideas
• Be able to mentor junior team memerbs in a timely matter and raise execution concerns to Management
• Must be able to understand and work with the needs and wants of difference properties under the Company’s management
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in marketing / partnerships / leisure sales
• Experience in dealing with strategic partners, retailers and vendors
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills
• Detail minded and multi-task skills
• Proficiency in Chinese, English is a must
• Be able to work any shift as required by the needs of the business
• Independent and self-motivated individual
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Experienced in collaborating with partners / companies in China & HK are recommended
