Position Summary
Independently responsible for marketing performance tracking and analysis that support MS in planning, activation and post review with business acumen. Support VP- CI&MR in creating marketing effectiveness modeling. Together, with strong sense of insights generation that support VP-CI&MR to integrate first hand data and primary research data into business implication/insights.
Primary Responsibility
1. Constantly update and develop digital dashboard to fit for business use, that include revamp, exapand & redesign dashboard by adding more database and dashboard, build it for more interactive business use
2. Lead data mining and data analytics for existing databases (Social media, website, Mini-program), map out business opportunities and work with VP -CI&MR in action recommendation.
3. Mine and analyze overseas market in an in-depth level (combining market research insights, social media, KOLs, paid digital media, competitors intelligence etc.), suggest to marketing services team the action ahead.
4. Propose marketing mix model and running validation with business case
5. Generate and activate insights with VP-CI&MR guidance by integrating various data sources (incl. external data - social listening, search index, competitors activities and audits etc)
90 Day Plan:
- Propose milestone and design of digital dashboard (Power BI) revamp and integration, while maintaining the use of dashboard for marketing performance and campaign report recommendation. - Propose marketing mix model parametre and way of validation
