Senior Manager - CSR

Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President - Corporate Social Responsibility, the Senior Manager is responsible for planning, developing, monitoring and implementing GEG's Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") Program. This role ensures that GEG maintains its image as an ethical and responsible corporate citizen, supporting the policies of the Macau SAR government and promoting sustainable development.
Primary Responsibility
The incumbent is expected to:
- Support the Assistant Vice President in developing and executing GEG’s CSR strategies.
- Manage corporate sponsorships, including budgets and reports.
- Collaborate with various government departments and internal business units to ensure GEG fulfills its CSR commitments.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CSR team.
- Develop and manage stakeholder relations for the CSR team.
- Support the development and execution of the CSR team’s communication strategy.
- Identify opportunities to maximize GEG’s CSR exposure.
- Formulate appropriate non-gaming project plans and corporate social responsibility communication strategies, as well as delivering key messages to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage database and ensure that information are up-to-date and accurate for document preparation.
Requirements
- Working experience in finance and public relations is preferable.
- At least 7 years of solid experiences working in public relations/community relations/hospitality groups in Macau.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the local community and government bodies and related issues.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with different groups of people.
- Demonstrate team spirit and cooperation.
- Act with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong financial analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Computer literacy and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
