Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility, the successful applicant will primarily assist team head in leading the planning, development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of GEG’s Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) programs. This role ensures that GEG upholds its reputation as a responsible and ethical corporate citizen while supporting the Macau SAR Government’s policies and sustainable development priorities. The incumbent will support the Vice President in developing and executing GEG's CSR strategies, managing corporate sponsorship and donation budgets, and collaborating with various government departments, external and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with GEG's CSR commitments. Meanwhile, the role includes overseeing the daily operations of the CSR team, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships, and working with internal departments to expand GEG's sustainability initiatives. In addition, the incumbent will assist in developing and implementing CSR communication strategies and identifying opportunities to enhance GEG's CSR visibility and exposure.

Primary Responsibility

- Oversee and monitor the execution of CSR programs to ensure strategic alignment with company objectives and government requirements.
- Support and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of the Corporate Social Responsibility team, ensuring smooth delivery of initiatives.
- Foster and strengthen partnerships with government entities, community stakeholders, and charitable organizations to enhance cooperation and project effectiveness.
- Promote GEG’s corporate social responsibility initiatives to local media, monitor competitor activities, and help create value‑added events that maximize social impact.
- Formulate appropriate non-gaming project plans and CSR communication strategies, and deliver key messages to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in developing, coaching, and motivating team members to support their personal and professional growth.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring the team’s KPIs and budget to ensure effective performance and resource management.
 

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Communications, Public Relations or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in public relations or community relations roles within Macau.
- Strong understanding of the local community landscape, government bodies, and related public affairs issues.
- Established media knowledge and positive working relationships with local media stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups and organizational levels.
- Demonstrated teamwork, integrity, sensitivity, proactiveness, professionalism, ownership and accountability
- Strong financial, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Exhibits strong time‑management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. 
- Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet project needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, staying flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment. 
- Less experience will be considered for the Manager position.
