Position Summary
This role supports the HR Technology department to lead HR technology and analytics project implementations, analyze user requirements, design digital HR solutions, drive innovation & continuous improvement through technology, and support the development of business cases to measure the benefit realization of HR technology investments.
Primary Responsibility
- Lead HR technology project implementations. Understand and analyze user requirements, and translate the requirements into solution designs and actionable projects.
- Identify innovation opportunities and deploy technology, AI, robotic automation, and data analytics to enhance HR processes.
- Provide advisory support to Human Resources on process improvements enabled by technology and analytics.
- Support development of business cases for HR technology initiatives and measure benefit realization of HR technology investments.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or Information Technology, with prior experience in HR technology or analytics project implementations.
- Good understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Familiar with core HR systems e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle Cloud.
- Preferred knowledge of emerging technologies including AI and robotic automation in HR context.
