Position Summary
This role supports the HR Analytics Center of Excellence to implement HR data warehouse, actionable insights and develop analytics capabilities for HR that enable strategic workforce decisions.
Primary Responsibility
HR Data Warehouse, Analytics and Innovation
- Execute HR analytics roadmap, including HR data warehouse implementation, dashboard automation, predictive modeling, and SLA-driven reporting processes.
- HR data warehouse – design common HR data set, data integration from HR and business systems, and security access control on the data for different HR teams.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand analytic requirements, design and build HR report and dashboard.
- Drive transition from legacy SAP reporting to new, advanced BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Python).
- Implement AI/ML for HR analytics for predictive workforce insights and benchmarking against market practices.
Data Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Act as the contact point for HR data issue and enforce governance standards across HR&A.
- Identify pain points and implement process improvements for data access and reporting efficiency.

- Good understanding of HR data governance frameworks and internal compliance standards.
Analytical & Technical Proficiency
- Advanced capability in data modeling, predictive analytics, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in data modeling language (e.g. SQL, Python) and good understanding of HR data
Communication & Data Storytelling
- Skilled in translating complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Effective in presenting analytics outcomes
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in HR analytics.
- Technical Expertise: SQL, Power BI, Python, and good understanding of HR processes and data.
- Knowledge: HR data governance frameworks and compliance standard
- Skills: BI tools e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python, predictive analytics, AI/ML
