Position Summary
Senior Manager - Mall Operations is direct report to AVP for all daily operational issue. This role is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the mall functions to ensure high service standards and complying relevant regulations and budget planning. Senior Manager - Mall Operations also need to handle retailer's enquiries and complaints, exercise shopping mall management and co-ordinate with retailers and internal parties on administrative works and marketing related activities.
Primary Responsibility
•Manage the Retail Promenades' day-to-day operations as asset owner ofthe Retail Promenades. Establish and maintain
communications with retailers and internal parties to ensure both the retail experiences and the Promenade's facilities are
maintained at high operational standards
•Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external customers for all operational issues related to the shopping mall, ensure effective management and maintenance of the retail centre
•Responsible for budget planning, enforcement of House Rules, Operation Menu, liaison with owners / tenants, complaints
handling, supervision of site staff, convening site meetings and monitoring of contractors# performance, etc
•Share responsibilities of budgetary control, Grant of Use, renewal, Fee review, licensingand preparation of related documents
•Monitor retail management income and expenses and to prepare annual budgets and other related financial duties
•Enhance the supervision effectiveness on operation quality and compliance
•Identify and develop new measures for service upgrading
•Liaise with government departments, political bodies and other external parties to uphold a positive corporate image
•Maintain good relations with retailers and consultants and any ad hoc projects as required by the team head
Requirements
•University graduate with professional qualification in Property Management or equivalent
•Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
•Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service oriented attitude
•Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in retail property management, especially in shopping malls
•International exposure would be an asset
•Track record of staff supervision
•PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word and MS Excel
