Senior Manager - Procurement

Position Summary

Work closedly with AVP for day-to-day sourcing with support from team of buyers. Maintain close communication with business units and suppliers ensuring efficient productivity and effective sourcing.

Primary Responsibility

— Conduct RFQs and RFPs follow by BAR preparation 
— Quick turnaround to support BU urgent request
— Review buyers' BAR and support in negotiation
— Provide support to superiors
— Develop and monitor team sourcing performance and improve from time to time encouring cross trade training
— Ensure the compliance of procurement policy and procedures
— Additional responsibilities and not limited to the above list

Requirements

— Bachelor degree qualified or equivalent
— 3 years experience in managerial role
— High integrity with proactive personality and detailed at work
— Able to communicate well with Ops teams and offers wide suppliers network
— Inquisitive mindset with analytical thinking and problem solving skills that can deliver work without ops disruption
— Well versed with Procurement system (e.g. SAP/ RedRock) will be an advantage
— Fluent in English & Chinese
