Senior Officer (Commercial & Inventory Management)

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting FM operations through procurement, inventory, and cost control activities. Coordinate the sourcing and purchasing of materials and services, maintain inventory and fixed asset records, and ensure the availability of operational supplies. Support budgeting, accruals, cost tracking, and expenditure analysis while liaising with internal stakeholders, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Primary Responsibility

• Manage all procurement request (Service/ Product Sourcing / PR/PO / Delivery) and inventory control ( in/out & replenish) processes for FM operation.
• Analyze daily PR and monitor stock levels of maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables to ensure sufficient inventory while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate between Procurement & trade manager & Supplier to solve all purchase problems
• Maintain and update inventory list, consumable part list, MSDS,  tools & equipment list monthly.
• Prepare the annual and monthly accrual and support budget & spending forecast, cost tracking and allocation, and expenditure analysis for FM operational and capital projects.
• Monitor & manage the inventory and fix assets record.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or commercial operations
• Experience in engineering, facilities management, or financial environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of contract administration and local supplier/vendor management
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
