Senior Technician (P&D)

職務概述

Senior Technician - P&D and PWF is responsible to support Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/ Manger / Senior Manager for the management of the P&D and PWF Team of Facilities Management (FM) to provide operation & maintenance (O&M) of the pool, water features facilities, plumbing and drainage system for the Galaxy Macau Cotai precinct for the 24/7 running of all the business operations in Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, MICE and Administration, etc., in terms of business continuity, legitimacy, guest comfort and future development in a professional, work-efficient and cost-effective manner.

• Execute the task from Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager in O&M services and Alteration & Addition Works (A&A) and Improvement/ Upgrade Projects of the Pool, Water features facilities, Plumbing and Drainage (P&D) system no matter inhouse or outsourced to provide facility management services to support different business functions in Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, MICE and Administration thus warranting the business continuity, uplifting the productivity, elevating the profitability and ensuring the well-being of guests/ team members in a courteous, efficient, effective and professional manner
• Support and execute the task from Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager - P&D and PWF in maintaining the effective communication, coordination and collaboration within FM and across GEG including all the GEG business units and Vendors/ Service Providers
• Report to Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager - P&D and PWF for the performance of any planned or non-scheduled Preventive/ Corrective Maintenance tasks and/ or routine/ special assignments related to repair, maintenance and operation of Pool, Water features facilities, Plumbing and Drainage (P&D) system to the required working standards in a safe and proper workmanlike manner
• Promptly perform/ attend to Emergency Services related to repair, maintenance and operation of Pool, Water features facilities, Plumbing and Drainage (P&D) system
• Assist Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager - P&D and PWF to deliver the work arrangement and goal among technician
• Collaborate closely with all other engineering teams, Galaxy Macau business units and service providers in compliance with the approved policies and procedures of Galaxy Macau for the highest guest satisfaction
• Perform any additional duties as necessary and assigned
• Take part in various types of trainings as may be arranged by the Company
• Wear professional grooming in accordance with Company’s policies and be polite at work
• Assist Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager in handling of MAXIMO system and create/ close WO in case if necessary

任職要求

• Hand-On working experienced in electrical/ electronic/ mechanical/ process engineering or BMS/ CCMS preferably with relevant on-job training
• With relevant experience in installation, testing & commissioning, operation and maintenance of swimming pool/ water features/ plumbing and drainage (P&D) system / CCMS preferably in a hotel environment
• Operation experience with swimming pool, water features, plumbing and drainage (P&D) system and troubleshoot experience of water filtration system, water supply and sewage pump, LMCP is a credit
• Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken in Mandarin/ Cantonese)
• Elementary knowledge of English preferred but not essential
• Preferably PC knowledge including AutoCAD, Words and Excel
