Position Summary

Conduct pre-treatment consultation, handle spa reservation, provide guest service, posting of charges, check-in/out spa guest, cash accounting (daily cash flow (floats) and petty cash), handle sales of Gallery.

Primary Responsibility

  • Enhances Guest recognition at all times by addressing guests by name and interacting with them on a professional level.
  • Answers telephone calls in a professional courteous and polite manner in accordance with hotel’s standards.
  • Be fully conversant with Spa service and facilities, basic skin and health knowledge, and gallery products in order to be able to make helpful recommendations to guests, and to be able to up-sell Spa service and gallery products.
  • Provide pre-treatment consultation to assist guest for the best treatment selection, always offers an alternative if a requested service is unavailable.
  • The ability to accept reservations, changes and cancellation, and confirm the payment terms and cancellation policy in advance.
  • Ensure register guest with correct and complete needed information, and with understanding of guest health situation and any special requests.
  • Ability to work closely with Spa service team to coordinate the efficient handling of guest treatment and special requests.
  • Check guests out of the Spa in accordance to procedures, make changes and ensure all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with hotel’s accounting procedures.
  • Accepts responsibility and show initiative in decision making when handling minor guest objections, in order to enhance guest satisfaction.
