Position Summary
- responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Coordinate the team in the daily operations
- Assist in the identification of training needs and the development of training plan
Primary Responsibility
- Coordinate the team in the daily operations and ensuring smooth and efficient operation processes
- responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Initiate corrective action for hazardous situation
- Participate in inventory Control and accurate records
- Assist in the identification of training needs and the development of training plan. Provide coashing to ensure that service standards and procedures are followed
Requirements
Education:
- Vocational school graduate
Experience:
- 3 years at a 5-star hotel
- 1 year supervisory experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic FandB knowledge
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
- English is an added advantage
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
- Team player
