Position Summary
- Coordinate the service team in ensuring overall smooth operation with prompt service at all times
- Responsible for ensuring F&B quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Role model for continuous improvement of the team
Primary Responsibility
- Assist the Executive Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager to coordinate day-to-day operation to ensure the overall smoothness and delivery of prompt service at all times
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to an established professional standard
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the work area
- Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to especially when operating industrial F&B equipment
Requirements
Education:
- High school graduated
- F&B related certificate is an added advantage
Experience:
- 2 years at a 5-star hotel or 3 years at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant
- 1 year Supervisory level experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- F&B product and service knowledge
- Advance customer service skills
- Leadership skills
- Training experience
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
- Team player
- Adapts quickly to event changes
