職務概述

Lead daily landscape operations by supervising Team Leaders, Gardeners, and contractors to ensure all landscape areas are maintained to the highest standards. Monitor work progress, conduct site inspections, oversee maintenance activities, and support the delivery of a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment.

• Supervise landscape teams and contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on landscape maintenance and improvement works.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with service standards.
• Manage and update maintenance work orders through Maximo.
• Maintain daily work records and report issues or irregularities to management.
• Provide coaching and training to Team Leaders and Gardeners.
• Support landscape enhancement projects and other duties as assigned.

任職要求

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in landscape maintenance, preferably within integrated resorts, hotels, commercial properties, or large-scale facilities.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of horticulture, plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Experience supervising contractors and managing landscaping projects and maintenance schedules.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and relevant safety procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with Maximo or other CMMS systems is preferred.
• Professional qualification in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape design, planting schemes, and enhancement projects would be an advantage.
