Supervisor (Landscape)

職務概述

Supervision of outsourced contractors or vendors in the provision of landscape services. Supervision of Team Leaders and Gardeners; ensure all maintenance or improvement work is completed according to schedule and all SOP is adhered to. To keep records and report all irregularities of work to Assistant Manager or Manager. Assist and perform related duties as assign by Assistant Manager or Manager – Landscape

崗位職責

• Supervision of outsourced contractors or vendors in the provision of landscape services, which includes keeping records and conducting meetings
• Provide directions and supervision of Team Leaders and Gardeners
• Ensure all landscape areas are properly maintained according to Schedule
• Keep daily records of work progress and material usage for feedback to Assistant Manager or Manager daily
• Daily site inspections; follow up and complete Maximo orders for both CM and PM works
• Assist in monitoring the performance of contractors
• Provide job training to Team Leaders and Gardeners
• Assist or perform related duties as assign by Assistant Manager or Manager – Landscape

任職要求

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in landscaping works, preferably in the Resort or Hotel Industry
• Strong hands-on experience and sound knowledge in landscape maintenance works.
• Familiar with related equipment operations
• Good communication skills, ability to speak and write English is a plus
• Ability to lead and develop the Team
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team environment
• Possess high level of professional attitude and a strong work ethic
• Certified horticulturist or similar with good computer skills
• Knowledge of landscape design is a plus
