職務概述
Responsible for providing the Environmental Services Department with all administrative support across a range of administrative, secretarial duties and should always display the highest level of professionalism, customer service and administrative support to both internal and external customers.
崗位職責
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Environmental Services Department, ensuring professional office operations and strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general administrative duties, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document/memo translation as required
- Liaise with managers to prepare and distribute staff rosters, staff allocation reports, and maintain accurate personnel records, including leave balance, payroll, and remuneration matters
- Coordinate departmental training with the Training Department and external providers, and maintain accurate training records
- Prepare and process purchase orders in consultation with operational managers; maintain asset registers and monitor maintenance costs
- Monitor operational and CAPEX budgets and provide timely reporting
- Manage stationery ordering and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures
- Support departmental projects, including training workshops and team-building activities, and coordinate closely with supporting departments to deliver effective internal and external customer services
- Maintain flexibility to undertake other reasonable duties as assigned
任職要求
- Minimum of one year’s advanced experience in an administrative role
- University degree in a related discipline (e.g. Business, Finance, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and shows initiative in handling routine matters
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Willingness to adopt and implement new approaches and practices to meet changing business needs
