Position Summary

Assist to supervise, schedule, assign duties and monitor the performance of attendants and services provider(s). She/he is also required to carry out cleaning duties when required.

Primary Responsibility

• Carry out the daily duties assignment for each attendant at each shift at assigned working location(s).
• Carry out shift briefing to the attendant daily.
• Supervise and monitor performance, appearance, behavior and working manner of attendants and services provider(s). Make sure no disturbance to the guests and visitors and no damage to Corporate Image.
• Check and make sure all cleaning tools and equipment to be working properly and functional before commencement of each shift.
• Follow up the status of working orders daily. 
• Ensure the orders to be promptly responded. 
• Make sure all the cleaners including contractors to be neat & tidy appearance and polite & pleasant manner.
• Make sure all the waste removal schedule of casino, office, shops and Hotels to be properly arranged with the relevant parties.
• Ensure the daily refuse transportation on L/G from each holding room to refuse room to be properly done and tidy.
• Ensure the dust and particles vacuum cleaning along the driveways s to be done properly. Extra frequents are required during peak hours.
• Maintain all the equipment always in safe and neat condition.
• Ensure equipment is not misused in any way.
• All the equipment are to be properly and regularly maintained.
• Be aware of, and conform to, all laws that affect professional practice and recognize the importance of duty of care, public liability and professional indemnity.
• Familiar with the operations of all cleaning equipment and operational facilities, such as lifting equipment, compactors, etc.
• Report all accidents, incidents and hazardous situations occurring in the Complex.
• Attend in service and staff meetings/briefing.
• Keep all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Management when required.

Requirements

• Middle school graduate or above
• Relevant supervisory experience in a 5 stars hotel or commercial complex is an advantage
• Strong hands-on experience in waste management field
