Position Summary

- Provide professional assistance to customers on Chinese tea recommendations - lead in menu planning for Chinese tea component - Assist with Chinese tea inventory management

Primary Responsibility

- Provide professional assistance to customers on Chinese tea recommendations - responsible for ensuring quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved - Assist with Chinese tea inventory management - Assist in the financial performance of Chinese tea component towards optimum efficiency - Assist in Chinese tea menu planning - Assist in the identification of training needs of Chinse tea knowledge and service skills - Representing service team to collaborate with different outlets for to ensure smooth and efficient tea service and operations - support day-to-day operation to ensure the overall smoothness when required, and delivering the prompt service At all time

Requirements

Education: - High school graduate Experience: - 5 years at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant Knowledge and Skills: - FandB product and service knowledge - Knowledgeable with Chinese tea product, preparation and service details - Alert with FandB related trends - Advance customer service skills - Meticulous and attention to details - Training experience is compulsory Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken - English is an added advantage - Team player
