Team Leader (Landscape)

Position Summary

Lead, guide and provide on the job training to Gardeners to carry out landscape maintenance or installation works. Conduct checks to landscaped areas or outsourced vendors and to report all irregularities to the Supervisor. Assist and perform related duties as assign by Supervisor/AM/Manager – Landscape

Primary Responsibility

• Lead, guide and provide on the job training to Gardeners to carry out landscape maintenance or installation works
• Conduct daily checks to landscape areas and to report all irregularities to the Supervisor
• Checks on outsourced contractors or vendors in the provision of landscape services
• Ensure all landscape areas are properly maintained according to Schedule
• Keep daily records of work progress and material usage for feedback to Supervisor/AM/Manager - Landscape on a daily basis
• Assist or perform related duties as assign by Supervisor/AM/Manager – Landscape

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in landscaping works
• Strong hands-on experience and sound knowledge in landscape maintenance works
• familiar with and able to operate landscaping machines
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills is a plus
• Willing to work outdoors with exposure to sun and cold
