Position Summary

To maximize customer satisfaction by providing an efficient multi-lingual guest contact function that addresses the day to day needs of the hotel’s guests.

Primary Responsibility

1. Ability to provide meet and greet services for guests with limousine pick up, ensuring a smooth and safe transfer to the Hotel. 2. To greet guests on arrival at the hotel and conduct check-in and registration procedures. 3. To check villas prior to guests check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance. 4. To implement and maintain guest recognition program 5. To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up. 6. To maintain an up to date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessary bookings when requested. 7. To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary. 8. To conduct hotel site inspections when directed. 9. To upsell all hotel facilities. 10. To entertain guests as and when appropriate. 11. To assist the cashiers with guest billing procedures. 12. To work closely with the Bell and Front Desk in order to expedite the efficient handling of luggage and guest requests. 13. To efficiently carry out all guest check out procedures.

Requirements

Job Knowledge 1. Years of related experience: At least 2 years 2. Education/qualifications: Secondary school plus technical certificate or college diploma or above Essential Job Skills • Excellent English language skills • Fluency in one or more additional languages apart from English • Good customer relations skills • Positive outgoing personality Desirable Job Skills • Working knowledge of Front Office practices • Ability to work a computer • Office administration skills • Well organized Physical Requirements • In possession of all faculties • Strong stamina • Pleasant physical appearance Level of Independence • Limited authority within regulations. Is required to show initiative but assistance is available Level of Thinking Type of Thinking Difficult - may face difficult situations that require modification of methods or techniques Communication/Interpersonal skills 1.
