Executive - Catering Sales

Position Summary

• Catering Sales Executive should have a background in catering
• Able to communicate and handle guests’ inquires with good manner and professionalism 
• Provide administrative support to the Catering Sales Team

Primary Responsibility

• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
• Maintain necessary records and files
• Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
• Prepare regular and special reports to the Manager
• Be responsible for sales enquire confirmations, co-ordination and processing of orders for functions and events
• To assist, prepare and perform presentations to clients
• To receive, solicit and collate feedback and provide such feedback to the management and provide recommendations where possible
• To cultivate and maintain business relationships with prospective clients and potential clients 

Requirements

Experience 
•    Minimum 1 year of relevant experience 
Education 
•    Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management or related disciplines
Skills/Competencies 
•    Experience in writing business emails and quotations
•    Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
•    Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
•    Computer literacy is required.

•    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Able to handle stress
•    Knowledge in F&B will be advantageous
