Position Summary

The Manager, Event & Communication is responsible for planning, administration and logistics for both large- and small-scale Player events & promotions for Mass and Premium Mass Market from ideation to on-site managements and post-event analysis. This individual should have a love for event management, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic, high energy professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external constituents.  

Primary Responsibility

• Lead the planning and execution of hosted player events & promotions, sponsorships and other marketing activities. 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve the player events & promotions' goals and objectives in line with the advertising thematic directions.
• Conduct Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on.
• Follow the annual budget and administer that budget in a responsible manner.
• Plan and oversee the player events & promotions, manage all aspects of on-site production to successfully execute the Casino Marketing programs.
• Work with the key operational departments to ensure that player events & promotions are communicated through the resort in an effective manner.
• Identify effective Communication channels to advertise the promotional messages.
• Work closely with design on development and delivery of creative assets for print materials to brand the player events & promotions.
• Propose new ideas and make recommendations to improve player events & promotions.
• Provides direction and monitors ongoing execution and development of regular reports.
• Analyze the results of player events & promotions to ensure their efficacy.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the Senior Manager’s discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Minimum 3-4 years event management and marketing experience.
• Enhanced interpersonal communication and social skills and negotiation ability.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong time management, Managerial, Organisational, Multi-task and Problem Solving skills 
• Self-motivation with the ability to generate new events and promotions idea 
• Willing to work overtime, and during weekends and holidays
