Salon Assistant - Horizon Heen Leisure - Barber Shop

Position Summary

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of barbershop.
- Ensuring service quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved.
- Responsible for personal hygiene in accordance with company hygiene standards.
- Accountable for the outlets cleaning and sanitization in accordance with company safety standards.

Primary Responsibility

- Perform hosting role of welcoming/bidding farewell to guests and assist with appointments arrangement.
- Execute and deliver best service treatments to guests as per brand standards.
- Ensuring products and services quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved.
- Encourage customer loyalty and looking after customer satisfaction by engaging with guests, maintaining accurate and consistent delivery of products and services.
- Assist with proper inventory management practice.
- Adhere to personal hygiene standards, face mask and hand washing policy.
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitization of chairs, surfaces and high risk apparatus such as scissors is adhered.
- Practice positive working relationship with all concerned internal and external stakeholders, functional teams to ensure an effective seamless customer journey.

Requirements

Education:
- Certificate in Barbering or Beauty Treatment 
Experience:

- 1 year experience at reputable barbershop or beauty salon
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic customer service skills
- Barbering, facial treatment, pedicure, manicure skills not essential, training can/will be provided
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent in Chinese, English literacy is an added advantage
- No gender restriction
