Senior Masseuse (Front Desk)

Position Summary

Primary Responsibility

- Provide the excellent and professional massage treatments in 5-star hotel standard
- Build up and maintain the good relationships with customers
- Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the foot hub/ hotel policies and procedures
- Assist Managers on the foot hub daily operations as and when required

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a hotel massage center
- Certified in massage therapist
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Positive services attitude, motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Aspires to the 5-star hotel standard of service and care for customers
