Position Summary
Responsible for providing courteous and friendly service to all guests particularly at the Hotel Main Lobby, Bus Lobby, VIP Lobby and Junket Lobby. Additional areas may include Hotel VIP Check In, Hotel Main Lobby Driveway and Hotel Lift Lobby.
Primary Responsibility
- To obtain specific instructions from superior regarding scheduled arrivals and departures as well as functions to be able to anticipate traffic in the driveway.
- To give pertinent information about the Hotel and the entire property to guests inquiring about those information.
- To be able to provide related information to arriving guest.
- To provide guests information they may ask like directions, functions, scheduled attractions, etc.
- To open the lobby door and greet guests entering the Hotel.
- To open the lobby door and bid farewell to guests leaving the Hotel.
Requirements
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and services
- At least college level
- Customer oriented. Pleasing and charming
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
