Position Summary

Provide professional, proactive, and personalized guest service by building positive guest relationships, promoting facilities, services, events, and attractions, and delivering accurate information to enhance the overall guest experience.

Primary Responsibility

- Provide professional, friendly and personalized guest service, ensuring all guests are welcomed and assisted in a courteous and timely manner.
- Build positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, responding promptly to enquiries and requests, and delivering accurate information on facilities, services and local attractions.
- Promote awareness of hotel facilities, dining outlets, retail offerings and other available services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, appearance, conduct and service excellence at all times.
- Support a safe, tidy and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by creating positive and memorable experiences in accordance with established service standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Knowledge of guest service operations and hospitality facilities; diploma or above in Hospitality Management or a related discipline. Relevant guest service experience is preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and detail-oriented approach, and proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; additional language skills are an advantage.
