Facilities Technician

職務概述

The Technician supports the Building Maintenance team by performing builder’s works, repairs, and maintenance activities across Galaxy Resort & Casino and Broadway Macau, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest operational, safety, and guest service standards.

崗位職責

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with GEG standards and departmental requirements.
• Perform builder’s works, painting, and related maintenance tasks to maintain facility appearance and functionality.
• Work closely with other departments to support operational efficiency and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Use materials, tools, and equipment safely and effectively for assigned maintenance works.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety procedures and regulations.
• Report any safety concerns, defects, or potential hazards to the Supervisor immediately.
• Monitor and provide updates on work progress to the Supervisor.
• Assist in identifying and requesting required materials, spare parts, and tools.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean work environment at all times.
• Attend training sessions and continuously develop technical skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

任職要求

• Relevant trade apprenticeship or certification
• Minimum 1 year of Builder's Works/Painting experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge with an efficient work approach
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese; Mandarin and English are an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts and perform work-at-height duties
• Basic PC skills are preferred
