Supervisor - Galaxy Kidz

Position Summary

The Supervisor – Galaxy Kidz leads the team to provide safe, clean, and enjoyable children’s programs while supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in line with department standards.

Primary Responsibility

• Support the Assistant Manager/Manager in daily operations of Galaxy Kidz, including classes and activities
• Greet guests, introduce facilities, and provide guidance on games, play equipment, and programs
• Ensure guest safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Manage guest sign-in/out procedures and handle walk-in and online bookings
• Supervise and support the team to ensure SOP compliance and service standards
• Assist in manpower planning, scheduling, and headcount control
• Handle inventory control, stock take, and purchasing coordination
• Coordinate facility opening/closing, maintenance, and repairs
• Support events, including mascot appearances and special programs
• Assist in customer service, counter coverage, and Galaxy Kidz program development

Requirements

• Friendly, patient, and customer‑focused with a genuine passion for children
• Prior experience in a hotel kids’ club, children’s facility, or theme park would be an advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Childcare, Education, or related field is an advantage
• First Aid certification and CPR knowledge preferred
• Strong knowledge of child protection policies and safety practices
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Good command of English; Mandarin and Cantonese are an advantage
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to service excellence
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support additional duties as required
